Who would you like to see Gennady Golovkin fight next?

Who should man up and fight GGG next?

I didn't include Daniel Geale (even though I'd love to see Golovkin-Geale) because he's supposed to be fighting Soliman in the summer so he won't be available.

And Dmitry Pirog won't be back from his injury until the fall, and then he'll need a warm-up before a big fight, so he won't be available until 2014.

All I ask of fighters nowadays is to be consistently active. 4 fights a year and hopefully 2 at least 1 legit championship fight.

But to answer your question, it seems unlikely to be JCC and Sergio due to scheduling right now so maybe Quillin in late summer, pirog, macklin, and idk what Geale's deal is but that would be a good one too.

I would like Gaele next. Honestly any top 15 guy willing to step up

I've dreamed about him punching sturms face in for years, but that chance is gone

I'd be happy with Quillen, Chavez Jr or Martinez. I'd prefer Martinez

Is he set to be the main event on the HBO show?

I'd love to see him fight Geale but IDK if it's on the radar. I thought I heard Oothusizen say that he will be on HBO in June, I wonder if HBO will accept that fight now or if he has another opponent.

He's far too big. Golovkin isn't a big guy - even Ishida today looked much bigger than Gennady.

Ward fought at light heavyweight in the amateurs and GGG fought at middleweight (and earlier at welterweight).

Unless Ward agreed to a catchweight of 164 (which he never would do) it really wouldn't be fair.
