However I feel Delboy is a little to short to reach Price without taking huge bombs

Based on height I would favor Price

Anyone with a decent reach and average power and good chin will cause a lot of problems for Price.

Price needs to drop his trainer and find someone who knows how to teach him to work that jab, clinch, move his head and also learn to throw the uppercut.
