The issue I have with the HW division is the fitness of a lot of these guys asides from Haye and Wlad everyone else look flabby and sick, how can you expect to go in the ring looking like a fat fart and then wonder why you got knocked out

Also gone are the days of the great American HW's, basketball and nfl are snatching them up, giant guys who could have made great boxers. I don't blame them though, you get paid more and you take less of a beating.

In the UK we have had a rise in HW boxing thanks to the legacies of Bruno and Lennox, and there aren't many other sports our big guys can go into over here.

We are such a small country but for the last 10 years we have produced some decent HW's

There needs to be a greater number of matchups between top 25 HWs, instead of the top 25 guys facing old faded guys and journeymen.

There are several talented heavyweights who are being ruined by inactivity and poor selection of opponents:

      - Perez, who looked good a couple of years ago but mediocre on Saturday after a long period of inactivity
      - Solis, who has had one fight in the past year
      - Boytsov, who seems to be in limbo
      - Dinu, who averaged one fight per year since turning pro

Adamek, Boytsov, Dinu, and several others in the top 25 have not fought this year and are not currently scheduled to fight.

That being said, Bryant Jennings, David Price, Tyson Fury and several others are remaining active and have been in interesting matchups this year.
