Trinidad? He sure couldn't land any combinations against DLH. If someone can throw combos only when other is on the ropes then he isn't good combination puncher.

And Ali wasn't either, fast hands and throwing flurries on bums like Williams or London doesn't make you best combinational puncher. He was throwing arm punches most of the time and only to the head. Not even close to SRR or SRL.

Sugar Ray Leonard knew how to score with Combos (off those flurries and stuff), but Mosley and Roy Jones would landed real effective ones.

To me it's a tie between Ray Robinson and Joe Louis.

What else can be said about Ray Robinson that hasn't already been said? He has power, handpseed, and, most of all, he had one helluva killer instinct. He committed to every punch and wasn't afraid to attack or get into brawls. In fact, he revelled in it. You didn't want to get into an exchange with Ray Robinson.

The punching of Joe Louis was simply poetry in motion. Threw every single punch with power, speed, accuracy, precision, and technical beauty. He didn't throw a sloppy punch in his career. His fists could be six inches or two feet away from his opponents and he still could've knocked them out.

No one put punches together better than these two fighters.

those who say that haven't seen much Leonard in action other than Hagler or Duran. Look Leonard vs Green, Price , Lalonde, Ranzany and others. When he planted his feets his combos were devastating.
