I doubt it, the guns were unloaded, sealed, and contained in a proper manner. Plus he was the one that let them know what he was carrying. The felonies will get dropped.

Well it seems the charges are pretty serious, going by that alone I think he would get prison time, but am have zero knowledge about guns and laws surrounding it. If someone else has been in Guerrero's position before (Celebrity or normal people) and they got prison time then am going to bet he would too.
