Why would he need 4 guns with him anyway?

I think the worst part was the submachine gun he tried to take with him on the plane.

By carrying it, it is meant in his possession. The big deal is you cannot have a gun on you that isnt registered in NYC. As well as 3 large mags that are illegal in both NYC and cali

Thank you for some logic. People on here think if ghost says to the judge he didn't know he wasn't allowed to do that then hell get off with a warning lol. Ignorance to the law isn't an excuse, I don't agree with the super strict gun stuff but hey. Imagine if it was broner who did this these guys would be having a field day

              Texas big guns!!

I don't see what the big deal is !! I live here in Texas and you can carry , own a gun and don't have to register. Plus if if you have a conceal permit you can carry it loaded pretty much anywhere.

LLS this is so funny to me. Guerrero broke the law no matter how dumb that law is and it doesn't matter that he was trying to the do the right thing. The laws of this land and court system don't work that way. A judge may take all that into consideration at sentencing but the LAWS & FACTS(which are the only things that matter) say Guerrero broke the law.

If NY state allows Guerrero to walk on this with no time they will be opening themselves up to major lawsuits from others who have been incarcerated behind this same law that Guerrero broke.

Like said yesterday IMO Guerrero's best move would be to take the fight get the payday. Leave the money to his wife so she can continue to pay the bills. Take a plea to get the least amount of time possible(Plaxico Burress was offered 3 months, said no and got the 3 1/2 years mandatory minimum) so he can be back on the streets ASAP.

They won't let him walk. If Plaxico Burress went to jail, as big a star as he was, a nobody like Robert Guerrero they won't even hesitate with.

Shame that he did something so ******.

I know he won't walk. So many people in here are trying to make the circumstances surrounding Guerrero breaking the law the reason he shouldn't be in trouble. The thing is though he still broke the law and the only time those circumstances will come in to play is when his lawyer is trying to make a deal with the prosecutor and the judge at sentencing. Most people here probably don't even know that just because a defense attorney and the prosecutor make a deal for a certain amount of time the judge sitting on that trial doesn't have to agree to that amount of time that was made in the deal between both sides.
