                                he'll get charged with this, and then get the charges dramatically reduced when the district attorney and his lawyers get to talking.

                                lots of mitigating factor here, not like he was busted for it, not like it was loaded. he turned it in.

                                        He has a permit for it, it was unloaded, and he declared it to the airport authorities.

                                        All of that should be taken into account when he goes to court. It's obvious that he wasn't trying to commit a crime.
