Automatic jail time NY gives no breaks when it comes to getting caught with a gun. Fight can still happen cause he can get bail lawyer to prolong the case which without the delay wouldn't happen in May anyway. But pending jail time is not a good thing to have on your mind when going into the ring for the biggest fight of your career against one of the best the sport has to offer. Good thing is Guerrero will get a great payday before he gets sentenced. Most people go to jail broke or spend all their money on a top notch lawyer to beat the case. Which in turns leaves them broke but at least they on the streets.

I better see coments from a certain group of folks about how Guerrero is a thug, ****** and many other things.

This is correct. I'm from NYC and there is a minimum sentencing guidline of 3 1/2 years for illegal gun possession. I bet he will say that he is licensed to carry in his home state and wasnt aware that it was illegal to carry it in NY
