            LMAO...yeah, that was a troll comment by him (I hope).

            I also think it's funny to a degree when people talk about getting down to 5% body fat and stuff like that, it is hard as heck to get that low. Most semi-athletic/active people are around 12-15% body fat. Most highly active people are around 10-12%....professional athletes are like 6-9%. Anything under that is pretty hard/unhealthy to achieve and maintain.

                    I walk around at 6% or close to year round...it's different for bodybuilders who carb deplete a week or 2 b4 there show
