          Actually, I think his wife beat cancer with the help of a bone marrow donor from Germany.

          I wonder how much he and his wife thank her publicly, in the way that he thanks his god.

          I wonder, too, if the donor even shares his religion, and why she's not being given more credit.

          What I don't wonder about, however, is how his wife's cancer story was cynically exploited by HBO.
