You have to realize about the boxing press. Most of them are in the pocket of the people they're interviewing. Not always money, but most feel they have to be press agents or else they won't get access.

Unbelievable that this doctor would purposely try and taint this young man's career. I wonder who paid the doctor to sabotage sweet Mick.Comment

"I'm a victim tho!"
"It wasn't me, it was that pesky doctor doe!"
"Don't blame me for what I put into my body!"
"I young doe."
Stopped reading about halfway through, these FH "interviews" are a hot pile of garbage. Talk about being biased towards American fighters, holy fuck.

The doctor admitted to what he did and the Nevada State Athletic Commission exonerated Mickey Bey based on the evidence.
That's all that can be done with the current system they have in place.Comment

It's so easy to get the doctors over in America to take the blame for a lot of these boxers taking illegal supplements or drugs, makes me wonder what kind of power the doctors have over there. For me the doctor story is getting worse and worse and the fact that the commission are just willing to take any doctors word for it is mind boggling to normal people.Comment

You won't get much of an argument from me. I think changes need to be made in terms of having better testing and also in closing some of these loopholes.
But based on the current rules "the commission did it's job." So that's that.Comment
