Yes. The ironic thing is, a lot of people on this site were crying about him getting hated on post-fight. But when has he ever gotten this much love before?
I've always liked him but never passionately, and I've rooted against him before in fights - for Ruslan because it just made for a more dramatic fight. Same thing for the Holt fight. Pacquaio cos I'm a huge Manny fan. Peterson cos I really like Lamont.
He just never engineered passion in me.
But man, his performance against Ruslan - dumb as f-ck, but what courage. At a certain point during the fight, I realised he's cut from the same cloth as JMM - you can hurt him but you ain't putting this guy away.
You can't help but think that he had to take massive punishment and come through it all before people finally started to love him. Is it worth it? I don't know. It doesn't really seem fair and a good trade-off, as fans are so fickle. But it's only in a fight like that that you see that something special in a fighter, the kind of performance that stays with you weeks after. Even now, I think about that fight.
And man, that wonderful quote and gif combo in Hougigo's sig is just a great, great advert for Tim.Comment

You guys know I've been one of the biggest (and one of only a few) die-hard Bradley nuthuggers on here but I always knew he had tremendous heart, that's not why I was a big fan. I respected his ability to adapt and outbox people.
I didn't like the way he fought even though he displayed massive courage. It's like I respect that he did what he did and what he proved, now it's time to go back to fighting smart and not slacking off between fights.Comment
