Canelo is proving to be a Cash cow

Ticket wise yes, though it should be noted like 10,000 tickets in San Antonio were $10. So yeah he should sell out with ticket prices as low as they are for that event.

I still want to see how he does on a PPV headline. If they do Alvarez-Angulo on PPV, what a joke that would be charging 50-60 dollars for that, I can't imagine it would do anymore than 300K at the most.

I was thinking of making the trip down to San Antonio for this fight, getting some cheap tickets for me and my friends. It's only about 12 hours by car if you speed. But I couldn't get the weekend off of work, I'm a regional manager and have to travel to Flagstaff for my work that weekend. I'll be able to catch the fights in my hotel though hopefully.

I talk directly to the co-promotion with GBP and know them and some of the staff and it's even hard for me to find good tickets for the Canelo fight. They're going like a free Lotto ticket here.
