    Promoter Eddie Hearn of Matchroom has scheduled a press conference for next Tuesday at the Marriott Hotel in Glasgow to officially announce the next opponent of WBO lightweight champion Ricky Burns (35-2, 10KOs). Burns’ next fight takes place at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow on May 11 and live on Sky Sports. This will be Burns’ first under the Matchroom Boxing banner, and Hearn will reveal early details on the undercard and also ticket news.

                  Who will it be, Cab Driver A behind door #1 or Cab Driver B behind door #2?

                  Sorry, I like Burns but this is what I'm expecting. If they really want the Broner fight they would find an opponent with hand speed and power.

                    Seconded, without Broner I couldn't give two ****s about Ricky Burn's baffling career decisions. Frankly I feel emancipated that I aint even got to worry about it any longer.
