opethdrums, i don't give up secrets of the trade that easily, even though most boxers don't exactly do what kt does and it is not a part of normal boxing training. but if i explained it in a bit of detail, it might get someone hurt if trained incorrectly and without proper instruction.

and besides, i'm not particularly that well versed in that specific type of training. i am, however, experienced in some of the power training he has worked with. or, more exactly, what he has hinted at.

don't worry, kt mentioned that once he officially retires he will share some of these secrets in a book(even though they are not so secret these days if you look in the right places.

sturmrules, ahh the old pee on your hands thing lol! i'd rather do the beef brine treatment.

Tell that to Pretty Boy, every fight that doesn't go as planned, he blames on his hands. If you had skills like that, wouldn't you still fight even if your hands couldn't take it?

            damn you're a redneck ***** ass ******

so of course the "nig" is lying according to you right.

numbing your hands should be legal. why shouldn't it be? It is the boxer's own hands. Not like that stuff is going to last THAT long anyhow. Novacane or any of that stuff fades fairly quickly. even if it doesn't, big deal.

this is perfectly legal in Japan. of course, it is never recommended by doctors, but doctors don't exactly recommend boxing either.

seriously, what straight fighter would want his opponent's hands to be hurting as an excuse for losing? If I were a fighter, I would gladly allow my opponent to use novacane if he wanted.
