Would be nice to see him move around like that during the fight.
I know it wouldn't be Rios if he wasn't getting pounded in the face but he needs to learn those things if he wants to continue fighting. His speech is slurred already,Last edited by SnakeVen0m; 03-20-2013, 08:11 AM. -
wow definitely improved.. he's floating around the ring like a butterfly nd his head movements like a speed bag, awesome bob-and-weaving nd pivoting.
war rios.. alvarado & the rest of 140 is in serious troubleComment

He's always talked like that tbh. Have you seen Road to Rios Alvarado II? Apparently he loves getting hit.
Alvarado will try to box more in this one but will eventually get dragged into a war to which Rios will prevail again.Comment

If Alvarado thinks he can do some wannabe defensive boxing to win this fight, he'll be in big trouble. His best moments in the first fight were when he was just throwing so many punches that Rios couldn't throw his own.Comment

Yea, I saw it. I admire his warrior mentality but he has to be honest with himself at some point he's gonna have stop eating shots like that. He's too young and will be punch drunk by 30 or 35. You're right about Alvarado too, he even said it in an interview I saw on YT. He says eventually he'll go toe to toe.Comment

He was keeping him at bay with the double jab and setting up the right hand at the same time. When he stopped he got caught.Comment

Idk, rios has been doing his thing great so far but the only way he can win is by beating guys physically. He has a tremendous chin though so props to him but i dont think he'll be able to walk through guys at 140 like he did in lower weightclasses. I see him winning this but also see him losing as he steps up the competition in the near futureComment
