My pick? Just one - Valuev.
Before you tell me I'm crazy - he is potentially the most vulnerable - I'll tell you why in my opinion.
It seems Toney taking Rahman's title is a forgone conclusion. (Though having said that, having rewatched Toney vs. Holyfield recently I did note that heavyweight power affected even Toney's chin, but we'll press on...)
I'm going to assume that - call me a dreamer if you will - there will be one attempt to put on a unification bout during the year. That bout will be between Brewster and possibly the only guy that would take his title - again, Toney.
Byrd is ready to lose to the first competitive opponent he now faces. Watch Byrd vs. Tua and it's clearly no longer the same man. He's gotten old, and there's no shame in that. Wlad will probably be the one to lift his crown.
That leaves Valuev. Why does he keep his? I dunno, just a feeling in my water, I guess, and a little bit of Don King luck. A 7" giant is a bit of a cash cow in the making, so King's not going to rush him. While Frank Warren is setting up the winner of Williams/Skelton to face him, it's just a payday, they don't really expect him to be beaten, and they're not going to jeopardise him against a serious opponent just yet. As well as that, I've just got a feeling that throughout 2006 he'll stay lucky.
What say YOU?
