It's all good, I spoke to my boy Tim and told him that he is the man regardless of what the media says about him. I also told him that when he chooses to box and display the sweet science, no man in the world is capable of beating him. If out boxing your opponent and dancing circles around them is "getting on your bike", that man needs to be the evil Knieval of boxing and bike it to the max.
He is gonna be in boxing mode from now on, no more tough guy stuff and he wants JMM next.Comment

when did i say getting on your bike is a bad thing or/wussy and should be frowned upon? i dont think that at all. i think usually when your doing it its using your brain. i just merely stated that "he was on his bike" never did i say at as a bad thing in any sense of the word.Comment

Then all of you who underrate Provodnikov before the fight should be called ****** too!! The polls shows, I & 2 others picks Provodnikov. Everybody else says Bradley dominates!! Does Bradley dominates?i felt he could of won that fight if only he fought by a slightly different gameplan. instead of walking down the obviously on-his-bike bradley, he should of got on his bike too and tried winning a few more rounds.
all he did was walk down bradley and get hit with every punch in tim's arsenal. I'm sure he had a little of that too. he could have won more rounds by making bradley come to him instead.
its like he was blinded by wanting to knock bradley down which he wasnt able to do until the very last round imo it wasnt worth all the stalking because he accomplished it too late and it wasnt enough to get the decision. should of been actually boxing for all those in between rounds.
i swear if i was in his corner i would have gave him more helpfull advice than roach.Comment

in fact i think getting on your bike is cool a lot of people make act like its P-U-S-S-Y or something but its not. if someone is on his bike, it is YOUR job to track that man down and put hands on him. but what they want to accomplish is for you to get frustrated and miss taking your energy away. it also leaves you open for counters.
it is called using your BRAIN. when i boxed as an amateur i would win and frustrate kids and they would always get frustrated and usually not even have anything too nice to say after the fight i even had a couple dudes that said something to the effect that i "was ***** and didnt want to fight".
and i would say something back like "im not a *****, but your a meathead and you dont know how to box!".
silly people.Comment

I have seen a bunch of people using it to mean as running scared or something. Kind of like when Cotto gets hurt in fights or tires out...he is not really boxing as much but backstepping away from danger.when did i say getting on your bike is a bad thing or/wussy and should be frowned upon? i dont think that at all. i think usually when your doing it its using your brain. i just merely stated that "he was on his bike" never did i say at as a bad thing in any sense of the word.
I agree with you, it is how people should fight, well if they don't want to take punches to the face all night. I can admire a guy like Rios to a degree putting up fan friendly fights by bulldogging a guy around the ring but that is just a war of attrition for the most part and has to take it's toll on him in the long run.
Some guys just aren't KO fighters like Malignaggi and Tim. Their style should be to hit and move around and win UD's based on boxing. Fans don't care too much for it but that's why they don't get to decide the winner.Comment
