Former WBA flyweight champion Luis "El Nica" Concepcion (27-3, 20KOs) will face Anuar Salas (13-1, 10KOs) on April 20th for the vacant WBC silver flyweight crown. The event takes place at the Arena Roberto Duran in Panama City, as part of the Celestino Caballaro-Robinson Castellanos undercard. The silver title became vacant when Edgar Sosa recently knocked out Archie Solis in the second round.
