Foreman loved Trinidad too. I hated his commentary in the Hopkins fight. Merchant had to finally put him in check.

Yeah foreman loved guys with big power. His commentary was terrible in that fight, talking about how Trinidad could KO hopkins at any moment still late in the fight. Ditto for hamed-barrera. Sorry but Hopkins and barrera are not moorer and arent getting stopped late in fights they were wide ahead.

Lets not play dumb. Roy turns into Huey Newton/Malcolm X when it comes to rooting for black fighters.

Max turns into "Malibu's Most Wanted" anytime there's a black fighter involved.

Merchant loves some Pavlik, but ALWAYS roots for the toe to toe type fighters, and will generally give both men credit for duking it out. Although he does hate on slick boxers.

Lampley is the clearest case of a Pac tard, and you can't really gauge the amount he roots for another fighter, because he's the epitome of a company man. The only time you can tell, he's really pulling for someone, is a Pacquiao fight.

So true. I recently rewatched de la Hoya vs Quartey and I could tell Foreman is an Oscar fan. I also remember Foreman is a BIG BIG James Toney fan. I recently watched Toney vs Montell Griffin I & II and Foreman was always saying how Toney is winning that fight sooo clearly when in reality both were very close fights.

Yeah man, also I remember Foreman said something like he wish his sons were more like Oscar lol.
