When you're on a vegan diet most of your protein comes from Soy, the Soy plant has phytoestrogens which when ingested into the human body acts like the female hormone estrogen, so you're basically poisening yourself. Also explains why he hits like a b1tch.

Uh all foods have oxygen in them. WTF does that have to do with anything?

2. Conditioning and punch resistance are two different things. For example Provodnikov has great punch resistance but poor conditioning.
