    When you're on a vegan diet most of your protein comes from Soy, the Soy plant has phytoestrogens which when ingested into the human body acts like the female hormone estrogen, so you're basically poisening yourself. Also explains why he hits like a b1tch.

          Uh all foods have oxygen in them. WTF does that have to do with anything?

          And (assuming its even true, citrus fruits certainly arent off the top of my head) that all non meat foods are more basic than meats why the **** would it matter when your stomach is highly acidic anyways and it all gets mixed together and broken down by acids?

            1. He's only vegan in training camps. 8 weeks of vegan diet gives you a good chin?

            2. Conditioning and punch resistance are two different things. For example Provodnikov has great punch resistance but poor conditioning.

            3. Bradley does not have the best body in boxing, the man sprained his ankle trying to get away from a Pacquiao flurry.
