Manny Pacquiao's comeback fight will do more than 1 million PPV buys

I have this funny feeling that Pacman's fight in September will do better numbers than Floyds fight versus Guerrero on Showtime.

People will be curious to see can the peoples champ come back from that KO? They love Manny and his action style, and will want to see if he can comeback from that type of devastating KO loss.

I think if Floyd lost he wouldn't draw well in a comeback ppv fight, his style isn't crowd pleasing, and they already got what they paid to see him finally lose, the only way people would pay is if it was a rematch with the guy who beat his butt, just to see him get beat again.

But with Manny people actually root for the guy even when he is down they want him to rise again.

I bet you that kills Floyd and his fans inside that he can get that type of real love and respect and doesn't have to pay people to love him and respect him.

He does that to himself. He wants respect so bad but he does dumb **** outside the ring.

Manny Pacquiao is a true champion.

      Unlike Mayweather or "gift" Bradley

Unless he's fighting Marquez, he's not going to beat Floyd's PPV numbers this year.

I'm also not expecting Arum to release any official numbers anyways.

Would people really pay more for a fifth fight?

That's a good point, 5 fights between two fighters is almost too much to stomach for today's standards. I still think it's the biggest PPV fight for Pacquiao though. I mean he's not going to make bigger money with Bradley, or even Rios. I'm just hoping Marquez stays true to his word and decides not to revisit that match up.

The Mexicans will want to see Marquez KO Pacquiao again! Marquez is the draw here not Pac! If Pacquiao don't fight Marquez, I'd expect numbers similar to what he did with Clottey!

I think he will do good numbers, to see how he fairs since the KO but I think this Sept will be the last time Pac steps in the ring.

It is... I think though that Pacquiao needs an all action fight to woo fans over again.
Rios can offer that or even Ruslan. Neither at a stage to really help "propel" the even.... but if they fought each other, that'd only help.
Their all action brawl will get people pumped up

I think they would, it has been a pretty good show and people are suckers for sequels~ it is like Fast and Furious of the fight game.
