I usually like Paulie, but how are Ponce and DeMarco bums??? Ponce has since gone on to get good wins and another title, and DeMarco was the #1 at 135.

Paulie has already met Broner, they know each other.

Malignaggi finished his bouts with Hatton and Khan on his feet.
Yes, but had the fight not been stopped, Paulie would have been KO'd!!

As soon as he gets hit flush, he gets hurt. Besides, Cotto, Khan and Hatton were not big time punchers.

That being said.....Broner will NOT stop Paulie. I don't think Broner will have nearly the power at 147 against those bigger fighters, Paulie already has a sturdy chin, and I actually think if Paulie can keep his jab busy, he'll win say 3-4 rounds against Broner.

I dont know...but these guys have >65% KO percentage...so i dont know how they are not big time punchers..

i like malignaggi. i understand that he has to make as much money as he can, as fast as he can because he's definitely on borrowed time, but to say "you fight for the money" and then turn around and say "99% of the fans don't know ***** about boxing", because you're feeling the heat on twitter, and then call someone else a dummy sounds pretty ******. the moment he loses his title and looks bad doing it, he can take that prize in prize fighting and replace it with club as in club fightng.

Ponce beat Broner, and DeMarco stood right in front of him.

First, Ponce is a solid fighter but he's simply a featherweight that has lost everytime he's faced top competition. DeMarco did nothing to be the mythical #1 guy at 135. He was dominated by Valero in his only fight vs a top lightweight, did well late vs Linares to win a vacant belt but did not dominate at all and Linares was unproven at lightweight. Don't be fooled by titles and rankings. Demarco got to #1 at 135 in the rankings by never once beating a top 5 lightweight.

If Ponce beat Broner, how is Broner undefeated?

I gave Ponce three rounds at best. Scores were: 99-91, 96-94, and 96-94 all for Broner. But according to your own personal unbiased opinion, Ponce won the fight. You need to watch the tape again and see what you think then.
