Okay guys, hypothetically speaking of course. If Floyd went up to 160 and beat Ward, where you would rank him? Yeah, I know Ward is way too big and should clobber Floyd but still. Is Ward good enough to put Floyd in the Top 10 ATG category? Just curious, since lots of people rank Ward so highly all of a sudden.

aww man ward shoulda just let prince handle this instead of getting himself dirty...

but if Floyd's wouldn't even fight Pac, and even the ginger, he'll never get in the ring with ward

can't say I blame team ward team overreaction they could use all the attention they could get I mean its not like Floyd insulted him personally like he did with Canelo and look at how Canelo is acting compared to Ward

That's what I think now too, he's using the situation to his advantage.

Of course he wants to fight Mayweather at 160. With today's rules of weighing in 30 hours or more before the fight he would probably outweigh Floyd be more than 25 pounds when they stepped in the ring. Win, lose or draw, a fight with Mayweather would make him 3 or 4 times more money than he ever made before. If Ward can make 160 why not challenge Matinez or GGG. So much for turn the other cheek and take the high road on Ward's part. The son of God and his manager are in a full out war of words with Mayweather. I think the verbal fight is funny and I am enjoying it. Of course they will never fight.

I think this a promotional ploy on all sides. I'm sure you noticed how Floyd threw Broner's name in there, too.

The bottomline here is that Andre Ward needs all the publicity he can get.

Dude is as respected as they come amongst boxing heads, but apart from that, nobody knows who the **** he is.

You really can't blame him for trying to get his crossover appeal up.

I don't see anything wrong with what Andre is saying. I mean yes it does seem kinda bullish to challenge Floyd to a fight, but sometimes we can let anger get the better of us.

The problem is Andre has to know that Floyd is very willing to sink lower and lower with his remarks, but Andre will have an imaginary line he will not cross.

Floyd is an idiot anyway just because he thinks Andre should have his back just because if his skin color. Idiotic way of thinking. Floyd is hitting 40 but it seems he still has a lot of growing up to do.

Floyd has the mind of a 17-year-old, tops.

Ward isn't even being serious here; everyone knows he'd kick the **** out of Floyd at 160, even Floyd knows that. He's just using the situation to get attention. Look, Floyd came out of nowhere with his anti-Ward bull****. Ward can say whatever he wants in return, and this is still pretty light stuff he's tossing out there.
