now first and foremost I'll let it be known I'm and Floyd fan but i like Ward also. but from what i read it sounds more like this guy is a bad manager when it comes to marketing his fighters if he said floyd couldnt sell tickets and Ward does only a decent job considering who he has beat. he need to step his game up on marketing his fighters.

Man stop it. The Gatti pvp got its buys because of Gatti, Judah himself was a name and again affected that pvp. God only knows how many buys the Baldomir fight got but every true boxing fan knows it was a joke.
And let's be honest, we've all seen the fights where Floyd has fought in barely sold arenas.
DLH made Floyd a household star. Get over it.Comment

As for the Broner comment, Broner has too many flaws in his game right now. As he moves up in weight and competition he'll have to fix some things. Floyd would school him right now.Comment

Gatti was a much bigger name then Floyd at the time and if I recall correctly, had Floyd crawling back on his hands and knees after Gatti was about to walk away from the fight due to Floyd's ridiculous demands... The numbers prove Floyd's PPV buys were going down before DeLahoya and HBO 24/7 saved his career... No really, you stop it.Comment

Dropping bombs? Really?
Who actually read the article? I see the sheep are all echoing each other. 'Floyd got ethered" "Hiroshima" "Bombs were dropped"
He was wright about Wards spirituality but the comment about Broner was just asinine.Last edited by B.U.R.N.E.R; 03-14-2013, 09:03 AM.Comment
