There's a huge gap between the talent and ability of Pacquiao and Provodnikov.

- Pacquiao is an elite fighter and an ATG.

- Prodovnikov is a limited "C" level journeyman who doesn't have a single top 50 light welterweight win on his resume.

Yes but bradley's not elite either. he lost to Pac, Duck Maidana,Mathysee, & Khan. Bradley at most was a B+ fighter. Ruslan was C but his last 2 wins was impressive, He moved up to C+ now! By Fight night they both will be B levels!
