I know this isn't the answer you want but it's all of the above or some of the above.
Every fighter is different, you are not going to have great power, speed or chin. Those things are something you are born with.
You can compensate them with skills, dedication and heart. The answer depends on the type of fighter you are. Would you rather have the natural skills of Manny Pacquaio or the skills and ring intelligence of JMM?
Pac has been more dominant but JMM knocked Manny out. There's really no right answer to this question. Also the beautiful thing about boxing is that being the best athlete doesn't mean you're the best fighter.
I voted knowledge, most specifically a knowledge of your own ability and what you can and can't do with it.
Khan is a great example of someone who doesnt understand how to use his attributes and hide his faults. Like when he tried to brawl with Garcia, or when Froch came out against Dirrel and tried to box slick... was never going to work because it doesnt fit the ability that they were given.
I think arms are more important than fists. A couple of fists attached to your shoulders wouldn't do you much good. You need arms to move the fists around.
And don't get me started on the whole feet/legs debate.
I'm going to go with perseverance/heart...all those other options are just tools needed to be successful. You can fine tune those tools, you can develop those tools, but you can't fine tune heart and perseverance. That is what separates really a winner from a loser. How good you can take that hit and ask for more, how you can keep on standing and fighting when the rest of your body is telling you to go down. All the rest of that stuff is just ancillary
With no will, you don't get up and run @ 0400. You eat baconators instead of whatever the dietician says. Instead of going to the gym, you post drivel on the interwebz.
