Still very young for a fighter at genuine championship level, Alvarez continues to develop in all departments and won't be found wanting for grit when the going gets tough, as it surely will do. Anyways, the PPV comes from the networks and promoters - not him. Further, did he get the Mayweather guarantee? Oh that's right he didn't and still went forward and made the Trout fight. Also, adding to that he is doing it on a separate card and will not benefit of getting the exposure from the Mayweather fight. Dude, fighters ask for guarantees all the time.
