They're all good. But I'm especially looking forward to Matthysse putting a beating on that overrated drug cheat Peterson.

I think the "newness" of Matthysse-Peterson is why I would rank it at the top of the three I most want to see of the fights mentioned, followed by Alvarado-Rios 2, then Froch-Kessler 2.
