Klitschko's are on RTL so if Sauerland goes all out to win that means the fight won't be on RTL at all (which one is Sauerland on) and they get to determine the location?

And that's why it may never happen. Wlad signed a contract with RTL to televise his next five fights, he has no choice in the matter.

However, Sauerland's heavyweights are not always on ARD, and there is no contract stating they need to be. So they are just being stubborn about it.
