Froch outworks him today by using intelligent pressure and a granite chin. In his prime, Froch couldn't have beaten Hopkins with four arms and a Kalashnikov.
Froch is a good fighter but he is `pretty straight forward.
I go with Hopkins by decision.
What? he gave Ward all he could handel and was winning the last rounds, ward completly trashed Dawson, the Dawson that beat hopkins from pillow to post.
Styles makes fight , but Froch is way more dangerous the given credit for

I wouldn't say he gave Ward "all he could handle", but he was competitive in spurts, and seemed more puzzled with Wards wonderful skill than anything else, he did make adjustments to Ward, but just not quickly enough and as a result Ward took most of the rounds, where as Dawson just completely capitulated as he's a pure on-top fighter.
Froch is more dangerous, and actually more skilled than given credit for, he's nowhere near as adaptive as an Andre Ward, but neither is he one dimensional like Pascal and Cloud, he can make adjustments and switch up styles a little bit when needed.
Personally I didn't think hopkins looked good, Cloud just was absoloutley clueless, but Cloud has already been found out against Campillo, he's just a tough brawler who lacks length and timing.
Froch on the other hand has the height and reach to be able to cope at range with hopkins, and also although he doesn't have the best inside game, he's not completley naked like a Kelly Pavlik is, Froch demonstrated against Glen Johnson that he can brute force his way out of an inside exchange if he has to.
So yeah, i'd be pretty comfortable betting on Froch, he's tough enough to pressure for 12 whole rounds, and skilled enough not to constantly fall for hopkins old tricks, it'd be a messy affair but Froch takes it.
