its not banned the ring Dr are allowed to use it if I'm not mistaken unless you mean in between round then I fail to see the point of using it to begin with other then as permanence enhancer

cant believe i have to write this, the reason why smelling salts arent used inbetween rounds is because the minerals in the salts travel down the veins and solidify veins and skin tissue in and around the knuckle area.
