He was very big impact for boxing, thats why he got in, for his contributions. There are several judges in there and even Joe Cortez

Like the other poster said, it was a prop made for rocky 3 that was donated to the city in 1980, that was before Frazier even retired and has stood ever since. Rocky is one of the most synonymous names that is with both boxing and Philly. People now a days probably recognize it more then Frazier
