Floyd fighting Canelo at 154 is on even terms? One guy walks around at 150 , Canelo drops what 20 lbs. Where are the even terms

Floyd is a gym rat so his weight does not fluctuate much. A lot of these other guys, after a fight they do little training and gain weight.

That said, there is a difference with a guy who has just moved up to a new weight recently compared to a guy who has been at 147lbs for 6+ years, like Floyd has. Using your example of Marquez, it was different hitting and receiving a punch from a 130-135lbs fighter compared to getting hit/receiving for the first time at WW.

Another example was Hatton. Hatton was able to do his thing much better against a 140 fighter than a 147 fighter. That is, it was easier for Hatton to use his physical style/presence at 140. At 147, it was a different story.

Canelo is so thirsty for a damn paycheck. If you think about it, Guerrero is too but he is more deserving. Skipped over 140 where the lions are and went to 147 and started calling out Floyd after beating bums for belts. Guerrero deserves it though because of the situation with his wife and those medical bills but Canelo needs to get over it and fighter true 154ers and solidify his place there by cleaning up that division. He wins his belt from a bum and all of a sudden he is acting like he is in the top 5 p4p.

Finally a Floyd fan speaks the truth. In reality we all know Floyd has no chance against Camelot at 154lb.

You're right,Floyd is a gym rat. I thing more fighters should hit the gym just as hard, especially those who have trouble making weight.

Canelo doesnt care about the money, he already said he'd take whatever money Floyd offers, he just wants the shot at Mayweather because he knows he can beat him. if Canelo beats Floyd he becomes the face of boxing.

I know you are a huge Floyd fan, which is completely fine, but you big the guy like he is never wrong or in the wrong about anything, even when he is you still find a way to back him up...

Are you crazy? Márquez is smaller than Floyd yet the latter fought him. Floyd is afraid of Martínez cause he is bigger?? That is a contradiction. Floyd and the US media want to believe he is the p4p king, well, show it. Floyda is a coward and is afraid of Canelo. Heck, he would not fight Márquez now that JMM has gained weight.
