I don't know what the plan is. If Broner beats Paulie, 3 of the 4 major beltholders at 147 would all be Haymon fighters. And Bradley the other one is a Top Rank fighter.

Berto, Guerrero, Ortiz, Lopez, Maidana, etc. would be his other options at 47.
