who would win between cotto & winner of corrales/castillo

I think its a toss up, very close fights can go either way, One thing for sure they will be great fights to watch. I think Cotto will do better againts Castillo than he would againt Corrales..for some reason.

yea cause corrales throws these punches that are so fast and there strong... castillo would want to trade with cotto..and so would castillo.. but i dont know both of them would be challeging for cotto but yet good fights... would attract alot of fans and money i think

I think that Castillo will be a tougher fight for Cotto. Castillo is stronger than Chico and has more experience. Cotto would beat Corrales KO or TKO, but Castillo would give Cotto problems on the inside. I have said it many times and Ill say it again, there is nobody who can beat Castillo on the inside in the lightweight or juniorwelterweight division! If Corrales wins(he wont) he will get KTFO by Cotto, if Castillo wins, although I am rooting for Cotto, Castillo may beat beat him. But Cotto has a good chance against both of them, especially because he has a weight advantage and is also a heavy hitter.

I really hope this fight happens later this year I think castillo would late ko cotto, not sure that cotto can go 12 rounds in a war. But I think this would be the fight of the year for 06. and even if cotto loses he would gain alot of respect.

In the first fight which was very easily a draw or SD(in favor of Castillo) the fight was more of a fight, in the second, PBF did what he does best, In and out. When Castillo boxed against Corrales, he was getting hurt, but when he fought with him on the inside, it was all Castillo!

I have to agree with you here, I reallly think that Castillo favors being on the inside he is way more active that way he just keeps the body shots coming all night on the inside, not only that but when he is on the inside he always seem to find a way to step out for a slight moment and connect the left or right hook.

SO my prediction is that if Castillo fights Cotto, Castillo will win by late round TKO, Castillo eventually slows down Cotto and beats him.
