Thats what i was thinking,I imagine fighters do this kind of **** all the time seeing as how they kill themselves to make weight anyways.

In the event the fight does fall through tho, theres other opportunities for castillo at 140 (cotto ) Castillo will be in a good fight early this year, regardless.

        Castillo at 148.2 lbs!
With former lightweight champion Jose Luis Castillo's inability to make 135lbs for his October title challenge against WBC lightweight champion Diego Corrales, a close watch is being kept on Corrales for their February 4 rubber match taking place in El Paso, Texas. Last Thursday, the Mexican Boxing Commission reported that Castillo weighed 148.2 lbs. at his 30-day weigh-in.

He only has 4 lbs to go to meet his fight weight.

If castillo doesn't make the 135 weight. It's gonna be a safe bet the fight's off.

If Castillo doesnt make weight, he's a big unproffessional fighter.
