A belt holder is a champion, I think you have lost this discussion because I asked you to name the 4 or even 3, you couldn't, you could only name 2 and one of them is already at 147. Hatton has only fought in his territory and this year he will lose! in America. He cannot get away with the dirty tactics he pulls overthere in his home land, where 98% of the crowd including the refs and the Judges are rooting for him anyway. Regardless of your thoughts, Cotto is a deserving Champ, that is why he is a Champ! and has been for 1.5 years with 4 title defenses. Hes been a champ since his 21st fight.

Ok, I give up, you're plainly an idiot or else you have difficulties comprehending English.

Alphabet soup doesn't matter: There can be only one real champ and thats the one recognised by "The Ring". You can have a belt, but beating Kelson Pinto doesn't make you the champ.

Beating Kosta Tszyu does, thats for sure. Picking up an extra belt in order to be worth more in big fights was plenty enough reason to fight Maussa, but Hatton was already the real champion.

Kelson Pinto and Kosta Tszyu: Just a little bit different aren't they?

cotto has only hadd 25 fights.... and i beilive he is better than hatton... hatton fights dirty!! if he fights in the US he would lose... or maybe even lose to a DQ.. also if this fight would happen i would predict that cotto wins by stoppage..or stoppage due to cuts... and hatton gets cuts pretty fast... cotto would finsh him off in no problem...

in my opinion right now mayweather would beat cotto...cotto is not ready for him...but against hatton he could....cotto would take that fight

You called him a "well deserved Champion". Not a "decent, talented WBO titlist". If you had used the latter comment you would've been right.

Less of teh "dumb Euro" **** smalltime.

I think Hatton has the advantage and if you think he'd be stopped by Cotto you'd probably be wrong, because Hatton has a chin. He also has power and stamina. He'd outwork your boy I reckon and put him to sleep. Though i'm by no means certain of that as we just don't know how good Cotto is. Most of the non Boricuas would pick Hatton for this fight, most with a lot more certainty than I have about the result.

Again you missed my point, you stated Cotto did not deserve the Belt, I proved you wrong, Cotto deserves his belt and he has not lost it. point made and discussion ended. You have not made any points to skew my or anyone elses thoughts. All you have said is, "Hatton has the Ring Belt, the belt that matters". OK, you have said that, many times, maybe someone else can explain to you what I am saying.
