Then again, Broner beating Paulie would give HBO a chance to shut him up and prove his words wrong.
Bad timing for Paulie to slam HBO while in negotiations to fight Broner an HBO fighter

I laugh at the Broner fans who were bashing those who suggested Broner move up to 140 to take on real comp by saying what's the rush to move up in weight, yet condone him totally jumping over it to fight the feather fisted P.M. Guys like D. Garcia, Judah, Rios, Etc. would all pose a higher risk for Broner than Paulie.

smh amazing how clowns bring these men personal business into their workplace, all negativity no matter if its true, false, or just a damn rumor...just like he said on 24/7 look at your life and worry about what u have to do, do smth about your situation and how you're living cause he's fine...but ask yourself y did hbo continue to pay floyd?...

Paulie did not slam anybody, he is telling the TRUTH!

HBO and some fans as well are trying to speed up Broner's development for what ever reason, some fans just want to see him lose so they feel the faster he moves up the sooner he will lose

I think he should stay at 135 and continue to try and get the fight with Burns, then if he beat Burns then move to 140

But HBO is desperate right now and they need Broner to be a star...RIGHT NOW because they can't WAIT after losing Mayweather to Showtime, so I actually agree with Paulie!

That being said I think Broner beats Paulie and likely stops him at this point in his career!

Paulie took a beating in that fight (and got his jaw broken IIRC), but he got my respect for that gutsy performance.

He may not be able to backup his talk with KOs but he keeps it real. Sho Boxing was smart to recruit him.

For Broner, I want to see him challenge a live dog, not an undersized Opponent he can bully, just to showcase his talent in fights that are essentially infomercials.

You wanna be the greatest ever to lace up gloves, then you gotta step to it, like SRL going toe to toe with Duran when he didn't need to go toe to toe.

One thing he's gonna have to realize is that great boxers make history with great fights, not necessarily with perfect records.

Great post. Fully agree. Great fighters leave great fights.

Great boxers make history with WINNING great fights, not necessarily with a perfect record but a perfect record is greatness ( of course i mean with great fights and great opposition)

No need to rush him 147 right now.

That is terribly untrue. You quote a fabulous post & try & derail it with that?? Shame.
