And when instead of touching gloves he punched Baldimor in the leg, sheesh, that reminded me of a 12 year old who had a chip on his shoulder.

Being outboxed by Baldomir was bad enough..why compound it by being totally outclassed by someone of Floyds league?

Poor performance by Zab, but he'll be back. He got caught with a beautiful short punch against the ropes, got hurt, and it affected his willingness to open up the rest of the fight. He just didn't want to throw after that. So he lost a close decision. He's lost before and come back to excel, so at least he's shown he can do that. Lots of fighters never make it back. He's made it back twice now. I'm sure this will be a 3rd. But yeah, there's no excuse for it, and there's no way he didn't have the skills to dominate Baldomir.. he just got lazy winning the fight easy and got caught.
And to those making a big deal out of him putting his right hand to his right ear for a split sec before putting it on his left ear- get real people. 3-4 people are trying to talk to him at once, the crowd is berserk, I'm sure people are yelling at him ringside, plus he's still a little buzzed. **** any of you might do the same thing if I someone jumped right in your face in your apartment and asked you while you were watching tv, let alone being in a big fight in MSG and being hurt. What's funny is when I saw that I was immediately saying to myself "Watch all the guys on the forums make a big deal out of that." Herd mentality is easy to predict. Hehe.
The real question is what's going to actually happen to those other belts and how quickly he's going to be given a chance to fight for them again. Yeah, he lost. But when undisputed champs lose close decisions, aren't they normally expected to get a next-to-immediate rematch?
