Matthysse won at least 9 rounds clearly. 10-2 for Lucas. I'm being generous giving Judah any rounds because that cowardly, tap and run style is killing boxing. If it was up to me I wouldn't give Judah a round with those tactics. Fighters like Judah, Alexander, Mike Jones, or Bradley are a disgrace for the way they fight in their biggest fights.

I don't have my score card and it was so long ago I don't remember how the rounds went. I do remember that I had Matthysse a clear winner by maybe three points and thought the decision in Judah's favor was sort of a robbery. Not a bad robbery like the Pacquiao-Bradley or Rios-Abril fights but still a clear enough win for Matthysse that no decent judge could give it to Judah.

It's possible I had Matthysse ahead by more than 3 points and certainly no less than three points, I just don't remember. One thing I am sure of is that Matthysse was the clear, obvious winner.

          116-111 for Matthysse.

8 rounds to 4 plus the knockdown.

Matthysse deserved a W against Devon Alexander, but not necessarily against Judah, in my opinion.

            Rounds 3,6,9, 10 (10-8) and 11 are Matthysse's.

            Rounds 1,2,4,5,7, 8,12 Judah's.

Mathysse is the aggressor, looks the fresher of the two at the end of the fight, yet doesn't land much clean in many rounds, rarely manages to cut off the ring

Judah is proven at the end, but has good ring generalship throughout the fight, good defense, doubles up the jab, and lands the most clean shots. He is obviously trying to keep the exchanges to a minimum towards the end of the fight and his clinching is a bit excessive.

I can see why most people give round 12 (or 7) to Matthysse, for instance, but if we stick to the scoring rules, it's a Judah round, even though he is not there to trade (and yes, it can be a bit annoying to watch in round 12). He lands a big majority of the shots, controls the pace, uses his jab and avoids to be forced to fight Matthysse's fight.

Matthysse should have won vs Judah, but I think Garcia, Khan and Maidana would mop the floor with him if he fought them.

I had Judah by a round or two I believe(this fight was a while ago)..Good close fight,I can see an argument for either fighter tbh..

I seen someone say Matt's won all 12 rds or 10 rds which is ridicules..

A rematch should be in the works for the future, don't care how anyone had it, it was close and it warranted one.

Some of the posters in this thread (russian) in another who won thread basically created their own scoring system. If you scored the fight by the rules I think zab wins the 1st 4-5 rds. Sorry but zabs defense counts toward scoring not matts stalking him.
