I do think this will be a very fan friendly fight. I think Mayweather will win a decision and Guerrero will get busted up pretty bad. I think Mayweather will start to look like he is a 36 year old in this fight and it is no secret what Guerrero plans on doing pressure, pressure, pressure.

Overtime your feelings will likely change and I think that's natural, but one thing I've come to notice is that fights usually turnout closer to the way you/I initially thought as soon as the match was rumored or announced. In this case, I personally wasn't hyping Guerrero up to even bother Floyd (just thinking stylistically here, Guerrero's main attributes versus Floyds, nothing against Guerrero individually).

And as a rare occurrence, I'm starting to think he may even do worse than I first thought. Again, this is no more than me thinking aloud. I'm not crazy about the welterweight division as it stands, but Guerrero does have a legitimate claim at a shot at Floyd. So it's a knock on Robert, just an opinion of how they match up together. We'll just wait and see if Guerrero is as tailor made as I think he will be.

I'm a avid Floyd hater as u all know, but I will continue to buy his fights because I admire watching him surgically slice up his opponents. So I'm hoping more for a good showing from RG than anything else. Here is to a good fight!

I've been following RG since he beat Litzau in like 08 or something. I think he is very underrated by many on here. Not saying he beats Floyd by any means, but I don't think it's a cherry pick. IF RG had more power it'd be really interesting. If forced to choose I'd say Mayweather in a 8-4 or 7-5 but much closer than scorecards suggest.

Someone always says this before almost every recent Mayweather fight and it never is.

            Don't get your hopes up.

Personally I would kind of rather see Floyd fight like he used to in order to prove to the world he still got it and is still leagues ahead of every other fighter. The downside to that is that every fight after will look like a cherrypick.
              Nice post, spot on.
