The silver super bantamweight world champion of the World Boxing Council (WBC), Victor Terrazas (36-2-1, 21KOs), says the moment has come to make the leap to become the absolute champion of the division, but he is aware that it will not be an easy task - because he has to overcome Cristian Mijares (47-6-2, 22KOs).

I find it hard to rate Terrazas after watching him live against Munroe. He looked half decent, but Munroe looked very comfortable with him and then i think what Nishioka did to Munroe, then what Donaire did to Nishioka, makes it hard to think he'll ever be genuine world class.
Im one who doesn't compare fighters on past wins, but the gap in class between each fighter makes it very hard not to add such a point!
