Kucher, 28, who has recently destroyed former WBA interim champion Steve Herelius in just a couple of rounds, was rumored to fight WBC #10 Italian veteran Vincenzo Rossitto (43-7-2, 25 KOs) for his WBC International 200lb title. However, just a day shy of the pre-planned purse bid for the title match-up, the 36-year old Italian chose to vacate the belt and to withdraw from the Kucher fight.
