K9 is WAY too wild to win anything that resembles any form of a boxing match against Floyd. Gloves on/gloves off, you still have to land something.

It depends on if K9 can wrestle. He probably is stronger than Floyd but he can't throw hands for ****, so Floyd would probably beat his a** lol
