I just have a serious problem with fans saying so and so quit or is a coward. Anyone who has ever even sparred, knows the courage and skill it takes to get into a boxing ring and make a living that way.

Cotto - was done, had nothing left and could not even defend himself. He tried as long as he could.
Tyson- accepted his like a man and never returned to fight stating he wont disrespect the sport.
Hoya- Had no chance at that stage of his career. He was weight drained, a part time fighter, and was getting scorched until it became clear a win is just not possible.
Ortiz quits at the first sign of trouble. There is no toughing it out with him and not only does he not accept responsibilty he tries to outright pretend he didnt do it blaming everyone but himself. He only wants to fight when the other guy is getting **** stomped and thats not what boxing is. Every boxer will eventually run into a person who will give them fits and then we are shown who that boxer really is.Last edited by Shogunofharlem1; 03-11-2013, 11:43 AM.
