Well Bayless is not exactly a perfect ref or the best ref out there but he is the kind of ref that let the fighters take control of the fight which is good for Eric and Pacman. Both Eric and Pacman are not dirty fighters so that means nobody among these two fighters is going to be bothered by unnecessary warnings.

****i'n Joe Cortez SUCKS! How many warnings did he gave JMM a warning for low blows when he is fighting Pacquiao. That is clearly at least 5. But did he ever deduct a point after those warnings?
