I agree Maidana is a very hard puncher and will KO Lopez. Both Canelo and Maidana are big punchers but I think Canelo hits harder because he is a full 154 pounder while Maidana was fighting at 140 not long ago.
Of course, I was referring to the former, not the latter. I was saying Maidana has more power than Lopez, but referring to Canelo in reference to Lopez as well, hence the confusion

You are the idiot if you think Canelo was only landing body shots on Josesito. He was landing everything but the kitchen sink on him toward the end.
Bro go back and look, the shots to the head didnt do a whole lot, but Josesito was ffat so the body shots hurt him. I think that's what dropped him every time. Plus he took everything from Ortiz as well. Should be a great war, I got Josesito.

The point is Lopez has suffered a big mental defeat homie. True, Canelo punished him to the body even though he also went up top. But whatever, its semantics really. I've watched Maidana's whole career twice over and he has a severely underrated body attack. When he started mixing to the body after landing all those right hands is what made Ortiz fold. And he has ended at least 5 other contests by... You guessed it, body shot! If Maidana is focused sharp and fit as he appears to be, then Lopez is in for Hell of a night. Whether the night is concluded by a head or body shot, it will be a concussive punch of Maidana's that will end matters.
