To be honest, Floyd only asked for random testing. Manny asked for 10mill per pound for every pound Mayweather was overweight. He came up with 10million excuses not to have blood drawn. If you're going to blame Mayweather for the fight not taking place, you as hell need to blame Pacquaio also.
