Watch the tape towards the end of camp. May notice some real openings/opportunities.
Hopkins isn't watching it but ****m has probably watched it 2 or 3 times.

I really hope he'll retire soon I just don't want there to ever be a fight where he suddenly isn't there at all anymore and looks like 1980's confused/beat up Muhammad Ali.

The Dawson fight was tough to watch because there was nothing he could have done to win. He's still very good at not getting beat up by his opponents but at some point he will have gone too far and just gotten too old. He is essentially 50 years old. We're almost at that point if we aren't already past it where this just isn't safe anymore. Regardless how brilliant he is, it just isn't safe.

          50 years old..

All that said I love and respect the hell out of Hopkins, I am a believer. He's forced me and everyone else to never count him out.
I agree. I also think people are looking way past Cloud. I know Cloud isnt the greatest fighter ever. But he possess's some traits a nigh on 50 year old should look to avoid. A very high punch output along with decent punching power. Unless B-Hop can get Cloud to fight a very very slow fight i feel Hopkins will spend most of the fight either clinching or on the ropes taking a beating. I would love it to be a classic b-hop performance and do a number on cloud, but I have a feeling it is a bridge to far for the HOF fighter.

Unfortunately youth will win this fight. Hopkins has slowed down and is hesitant with pulling the trigger. If Cloud uses speed he can throw Hopkins off and beat him. I have a huge respect for Hopkins but dude should retire. Should have after Pascal.
